According to their fresh-keeping effect test, the peeled potato was packaged with silk and regenerated cellulose, placed in a room with a temperature of 25°C and a humidity of 21%, and another potato was placed at a temperature of 3°C. - Store in a cold room at 4°C and 80 to 90% humidity, and use two test areas without packaging and newspapers for comparison. After 3 days, the potatoes in the unpackaged area were completely darkened. In the test area of ​​the newspaper packaging, the potato began to darken after 6 days. In the packaging area of ​​the composite material of silk and regenerated cellulose, the degree of blackening was minimal, even after 10 days. No blackening and deterioration of the potato was found, and the same effect was observed in the cold storage. Tests have shown that in order to achieve the best preservation of fruits and vegetables, it is necessary to eliminate oxidation of the product and maintain proper moisture. The packaging of silk and regenerated cellulose composite material has better heat preservation in a dry environment, and can inhibit moisture evaporation of fruits and vegetables without drying out. In a humid environment, the silk and recycled fiber composite material can maintain the proper wetting of the product and will not cause excessive moisture, so that the fruits and vegetables can reach the best state that is neither dried up nor deteriorated.
