Tire removal and installation

First, the demolition of the tire
1. When disassembling the tire, it should be done on a clean, smooth, dry, hard and non-oily ground to prevent sand, sundries, etc. from falling on the inner wall of the tire or attaching to the inner surface of the tire to damage the inner tube, and preventing the oil from adhering to the tire. Corrodes the tire.
2. The tyre should be dismantled and operated by a person with practical experience. Do not knock it out in order to avoid sharp edges, dents, cracks, etc., and keep the wheel rim clean to prevent rust damage.
3. Use only special tools and crowbars for disassembly and use sharp tools such as screwdrivers.
4. Removal method. Dispose of the air in the tire, use the valve cap to screw out the valve core (the end of the valve cap with a slot can be used as a wrench, insert it into the valve body, you can screw the valve core), lay down the valve fixing nut, use your feet Step on or hit the side of the tire with a hammer, so that the tire's bead breaks off from the edge of the rim into the middle groove of the rim and pushes the valve into the rim. In the vicinity of the valve, the tire spoon is inserted between the bead rims and the bead is picked up. At the same time, the tire sidewall is forced to compress the tire sidewall opposite the tire spoon so that the tire can be moved into the middle groove of the rim as far as possible (ie, the diameter of the rim is the largest ), the part that will be pulled out as far as possible to relax. Then insert the second tire spoon into the vicinity of the first tire spoon, and gradually pull the bead down along the rim. The part that has not been pulled out should be pressed toward the groove with the smallest diameter of the rim. When one side of the tire is pulled out, it is easy to remove the inner tube and the other side of the tire.
5. If the tire is used for a long time and the rust of the tire is not easily removed in the rim, you can lay the tire on a clean floor and use a crowbar to open a gap between the tire rim and the rim. Pour some soapy water or water into the joint between the collar and the tire, and use a hammer to hammer it slightly along the outside of the collar to make the water seep from the crevices into the rusty surface during the vibration. After the infiltration (about 2 to 3 minutes) The tires can be easily removed.
Second, the tire installation
1. Before installing the tire, check whether the rim is twisted or deformed, whether the inner tube is leaking, whether the bead is broken, and whether the inner wall of the tire has any dirt or nails, etc., to prevent malfunction after installation.
2. There are no balance marks on some tires. It is made of red, yellow, white, light blue, etc. color rubber, △, mouth, ○, ↑ and other shapes, vulcanized on the side of the tire, it means that here is the tire The lightest part. When installing the inner tube, the valve should face this mark to maintain the balance of the tire at high speed.
3. When installing, firstly lining the inner lining band securely on the rim. Apply the talc powder on the inner wall of the outer tyre and the outer wall of the inner tyre respectively. Put the side of the tyre into the rim and align the valve of the inner tyre with the round hole of the rim. Place the inner tube from the gap between the rim and the rim, and remove the valve from the round hole in the rim, attach the valve cap, and install the other side of the tire. When breaking into the last bead, use a tire spoon to hold it in place and keep it in place. Another tire stick is inserted between the rim and the bead in small segments, and the bead is inserted into the rim. If necessary, the foot can be used or hammered with the method of operation.
4. When using a tire spoon to pry into the tire, be careful that the tire spoon cannot be inserted too deep to avoid puncturing the inner tube and breaking the bead in the bead.
5. After the tire has been installed in the rim, the valve should be inspected and adjusted to align with the center of the hub. The tire can be turned in the half-inflated state to adjust the position of the valve.
6. The tire rim and the rim wall should be in uniform contact, and should not be biased to one side. It can be adjusted in the half-inflated state by hitting the tire on the ground or hitting it with a hammer.
7. Do not over-inflate. Because the inner tube is soft and foldable, if the inner tube is suddenly inflated after being inserted into the outer tube, the inner tube's crease may be stretched or crushed in the future, resulting in damage to the inner tube. Therefore, the inner tube is to be inflated in two steps, first filled with a small amount of gas, stopped briefly, and then deflated so that the folded portion of the inner tube can be flattened and then inflated to the specified air pressure.
8. For safety reasons, before the formal inflation, insert a steel bar horizontally in the semi-circular hole of the wheel, lock the lock ring and the retaining ring, and turn the retaining ring toward the ground or other building to prevent the lock ring, The high speed of the retaining ring causes a casualty.
9. In a sense, air pressure is the life of a tire. Therefore, it must be inflated according to the standards specified in the technical manual. It is forbidden to reduce the inflation pressure arbitrarily in order to reduce vibration and cool down.
10. In order to smoothly inflate the inner tube, the valve core can be loosened. After sufficient gas is supplied, the valve core can be quickly tightened.

Vitamins are organic compounds and vital nutrients that an organism requires in limited amounts. An organic chemical compound (or related set of compounds) is called a vitamin when the organism cannot synthesize the compound in sufficient quantities, and it must be obtained through the diet.

Your body needs them to work properly, so you grow and develop just like you should. They are essential for the normal growth and development of a multicellular organism. Once growth and development are completed, vitamins remain essential nutrients for the healthy maintenance of the cells, tissues, and organs that make up a multicellular organism; they also enable a multicellular life form to efficiently use chemical energy provided by food it eats, and to help process the proteins, carbohydrates, and fats required for respiration.
