For example, if the industry chain sits down, the producer will be instructed to notify the seller to stop the sales, the consumer stops using the product, recalls the problem food, harmlessly treats or destroys the problem food, and supervises and inspects other foods produced; The joint liability of the upstream raw and auxiliary materials, additives, and producers, suppliers of food-related products, downstream product sellers, and users involved in other links or provinces and municipalities shall be promptly reported to the local supervisory authority for processing.
