A large amount of research data shows that black-bone chicken is rich in vitamins, trace elements, unsaturated fatty acids, melanin, selenium, and sulfur. The seeds of some black crops, such as black corn, black sesame, black wheat, black beans (commonly known as black beans), also contain trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, and iodine, selenium, amylopectin, and soluble pigments. A recent feeding experiment conducted by China Agricultural University showed that the black-bone chicken only needs to feed once with the above-mentioned black mixed feed in the morning, and the content of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and trace elements in the chicken can be increased by 0.5 to 2 times that of the black-bone chicken fed ordinary feed. The melanin, sulfur, and selenium contents increased by about 3.5 times year-on-year, and the growth status of black-bone chickens was significantly improved. The medicinal functions such as nourishing impotence and nourishing qi were also significantly improved.
In a Hydroponic System, plants are placed in nutrient-enriched water. Mediums such as gravels, sand or vermiculite can also be used. Thus plants which are placed in the water absorb the nutrients very easly. When the nutrients from the water starts finishing , water is recycled or additional nutrients are added.
