Native Range: This species is native to China, particularly found in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, and also extends to Sikkim and India. It thrives in warm and humid environments, especially under the shade of forest canopies.

Habitat & Growth Conditions: Stahlianthus involucratus prefers moist, well-drained soils and is quite adaptable to different soil types. It has good cold tolerance and resistance to root rot, making it a resilient plant for various growing conditions. The plant features thick underground rhizomes that help it survive and propagate.
