Rural household biogas will cause some minor faults due to the long use time, or improper operation in the process of use. The common faults and solutions are described below for reference by farmers.
Cooker failure and troubleshooting
First, after a period of normal use, the fuel device is tempered.
The reason for this is that there are too many impurities in the firearm, causing the air flow to fail.
The method of elimination is to immediately shut down the cooker and clean the lid of the fire.
Second, pulse cooker pulse box or wire is burned, this phenomenon occurs in summer.
The first reason is that the pressure in front of the furnace is too large, far exceeding the normal combustion air pressure of the stove, and the burning flame of the stove is too high; second, the improper adjustment of the fire door and the small amount of air intake make the flame too high.
The elimination method is to remember to turn down the stove switch smaller, so that the flame is burned in a safe state; adjust the damper to increase the amount of air intake, so that the flame will burn normally (the flame is blue and short but powerful).
Third, the used stove is left for a long time to re-enable it, and the rotary switch can't move.
The reason is that the impurities in the switch are dry and the switch knob is rusted.
Remedy is to dismantle the switch, clean it, oil it, and replace it.
4. After the fire broke out, the pulse still blew a "bang, bang..." sound or a fire was still brewing on the kicker.
The reason for this is that the ignition switch spring is not returned and the ignition switch is not fully closed.
The remedy is to lift the rotary switch to reset.
5. After using the stove for a period of time, the pulse becomes slower and the spark becomes smaller.
The reason is that the battery voltage is not enough.
The exception is to replace the battery with a new one.
Sixth, the gas stove electron gun will not fight.
The reason is that the air hole at the rear of the electron gun is blocked by iron scraps. Although there is Mars, it cannot be caused by the ignition of the biogas.
The removal method is to remove this part, use a thin wire to clear the air supply hole, blow out the iron debris to normal combustion.
Desulfurizer failure and troubleshooting
First, the desulfurizer shell softening deformation or even burn out.
The reason is that a large amount of oxygen in the air reacts with the desulfurizer in the desulfurizer and releases strong heat.
The method of elimination is to prevent the oxygen in the air from entering the desulfurization bottle (the purifier switch or the stove switch is turned off when removing the material).
Second, the installation of desulfurizer air flow phenomenon.
The reason is that during the transportation process, the desulfurizing agent particles are rolled into the desulfurizer inlet and outlet holes, and the gas pipeline is blocked so that the air flow is not smooth.
The method of elimination is to shake the desulfurization bottle to make the pipeline open.
Third, desulfurizer leakage.
The first reason is that the gaskets in the caps of desulfurizers are not installed; the other is that the connection between the gas pipes and the desulfurizers is not properly sealed.
The removal method is to remove the desulfurizer bottle cap, put the gasket in the inner cap straight, re-install and tighten; connect the pipe joint and tighten the clamp.
Barometer failure and troubleshooting
One, the indicator needle can not be returned to zero.
The adjustment method is to open the pressure gauge cover and remove the indicator needle at the zero position. (If this method is still not able to return to normal, the pointer may be connected to the derailer. If such failure occurs, it can only be returned to the factory for repair.) .
Second, the pressure gauge leaks.
The main reason is that the metal film box is not welded or corroded. This phenomenon can only be returned to the factory for repairs.
Third, the low liquid column pressure gauge indicates that the scale in the glass tube does not move, and the liquid level cannot rise and change with the pressure rise and fall.
The first reason is that the air in the piston of the balancer is not exhausted; the second reason is that the pressure in the piston is too low to cause its pressure to be insufficient, so that the piston will not be able to work properly due to deformation.
The exclusion method is to pour all the liquid in the balancer and refill the liquid to completely eliminate the air in the piston so that the liquid level and the glass tube can be zero scale.

Stove release odor
During the gas process, the odor is released from the stove. Usually, the iron oxide desulfurizer in the biogas purifier fails, and the odor-free hydrogen sulfide is not oxidized.
In general, new desulfurizers can be used for continuous desulphurization for 70-90 days. If the desulfurizer from the bottom to the top of the desulfurization bottle is seen to change from brown to black, it means that the desulfurization agent has failed and it is impossible to remove the odor. At this time, all the desulfurizers should be poured in a shovel, placed in a cool place, and reduced and regenerated in the air for 48 hours. Remember not to put it under the sun. When its color changes from black to brown, orange, and yellow, it is re-introduced into the desulfurization bottle, the bottom cap is tightened, and the gas pipeline can be used after installation. Generally, each bottle of desulfurizer can be used for 10-12 months (4-5 times in the middle), and new desulfurizer must be replaced after expiration.
It should be noted that desulfurization regeneration and reduction is a redox process. During the reduction process, high temperatures will occur, so do not touch it with your hands.

Regulator use caution
The modulator should be used in an environment with a temperature greater than 0°C. At the same time, it should be noted that once used, it must not allow air to enter the desulfurizer to prevent regenerative reduction reactions in the desulfurizer. When the digester discharges, be sure to turn off the modulator switch. If the separate desulfurizer is installed separately, the cooker main switch must be turned off to prevent the desulfurizer operation accident due to a large amount of air entering.
