Eight, operation and use

1. Open the door cover and press the stop button to open the centrifuge cover automatically.
2. Install the rotor (1) Before each use, carefully check whether the rotor is cracked or not, and whether there are corrosive points (especially the bottom of each centrifugal hole of the angle rotor, the bottom of the cup hole of the horizontal rotor). It is strictly forbidden to use a hanging cup or an angular rotor with cracked spots. It is strictly forbidden to use a rotor that exceeds the shelf life.
(2) Place the rotor body on the rotating shaft of the centrifuge, and let the center shaft of the rotor be screwed into the screw hole of the shaft with the center screw.
3. Turn on the power supply After confirming that the above installation is correct, check whether the power supply is independent of the ground wire, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch of the main unit, and the digital tube of the display window lights up, and the parameters can be set.
4. Close the door cover and close the door cover. When the latch enters the lock hole, it will make a “beep” sound, and the door cover is covered.
5. Parameter setting Press the selection key to rotate the rotor number window, press the plus or minus key to select the rotor number;

6, start running:
(1) When the start button is pressed, the speed starts to rise until the speed is preselected and runs at a constant speed. The speed display value is the actual speed of the rotor, and the temperature display value is the actual temperature of the centrifugal chamber.
(2) When it is necessary to track the centrifugal force, press the speed / centrifugal force button to display the centrifugal force.
(3) When the time is displayed as 0 or when the stop is needed during the running, the motor signal control line is cut off and the speed starts to decrease. When the speed is displayed as 0, the buzzer prompts to open the centrifuge chamber cover automatically. Then take out the centrifugal pattern. If the next running program (parameters such as temperature, time, speed, etc.) does not change, select the programmed button to start.
(4) If there is a malfunction during operation, the centrifuge will automatically stop.
(5) When using a PE centrifuge tube, the centrifugation temperature should not be lower than 4 °C to prevent the centrifuge tube from brittle cracking.
(6) When the centrifuge suddenly loses power during operation, you need to take out the sample immediately. There is a small hole on the left side of the machine.
