Processing of banana chips

(1) Choosing the ingredients The bananas used to make banana chips must be fully mature, free of pests, and not rot, washed, peeled, cut into 0.5 to 1 cm slices.

(2) 10 parts of banana, 1 part of milk powder and 5 parts of water.

(3) Make milk powder and water first, and pour it into banana chips. Stir thoroughly to make all banana chips stick to milk powder. The stirred banana chips are placed in a dryer and heated at a temperature of 80 to 100° C. to dehydrate the chips. When the banana chips contain 16% to 18% water, they can be removed from the container. To facilitate removal from the heated container, apply some vegetable oil to the bottom of the container before loading.

(4) After frying the baked banana chips, put them in vegetable oil of 130-150°C and frying them to brown color. The pan will become a crisp and fragrant product.

(5) Gradation packaging The fried "banana chips" are cleared of debris and packed according to uniform color and grading.
