1. Connect the nitrogen supply line to the “anaerobic interface†of the anaerobic tank, and the anaerobic supply tube is temporarily not connected.
2. Open the valve on the nitrogen cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the low pressure gauge pressure is 0.1Mpa, and check all connections for leaks.
3. Turn the vacuum switch, nitrogen switch and equalization switch to the automatic position, then turn on the gas main switch to the On position.
4. Turn the manual inflation valve counterclockwise and fully open.
5. When the bubbler bubbling, press the start button, the vacuum pump starts and stops automatically, then automatically refills.
6. Turn off the nitrogen gas source, change the nitrogen supply tube to the nitrogen port, connect the anaerobic supply tube to the anaerobic interface, and adjust the pressure.
7. When finished, close the manual inflation valve and turn the catalytic reaction fan switch to the On position.
8. After about 1 hour, check the oxygen content in the anaerobic incubator, which should be below 1%.
