Classification: The harvested cuttings should be graded before the typical characteristics of the varieties, no pest invasion, and normal reproduction: the top branch share of primary cuttings ≥ 99%; the top branches of secondary cuttings occupy The rate is ≥97%; the top branch share of the tertiary cutting is ≥95%. The top branch share of the same level of cutting should not be less than 1% of the standard.
Packing: Each 50 pieces of carnation branches of the same grade and variety are packaged in a plastic bag, and they are coded into a lining film corrugated cardboard box marked with the name and vent hole.
Preservation method: The cuttings can be stored in an environment where the relative humidity is above 95% and the temperature is 3 to 5°C.
Shelf life: In accordance with the above method, the branches of carnation can usually be stored for 2 to 3 days without affecting the breeding use.
Tips for exiting the garden: The propagation of carnations by cuttings is more common than the annual spring and autumn seasons. The breeder should be informed in advance to make preparations. After opening the box, trim the branches for use.
