1. Correct choice of rotating blade installation

3. Adjustment of rotary cultivator

If they are not the same, they can be adjusted by the left and right lifting rods of the tractor suspension mechanism to make the rotary cultivator horizontal. Ensure the same depth of cultivation.
Adjustment of the included angle before and after the universal joint. When the cultivator is lowered to the required depth, the front and rear of the universal joint assembly are horizontally or horizontally inspected, the angle is minimum, and the front and rear included angles are equal. Plowing depth adjustment. The ploughing depth is adjusted by hydraulic lifting mechanism lift clamps. Rotary cultivator height adjustment. 4. Forward speed selection

5. Job attention
The unit must start smoothly. In the rotavator up state, combined with the power output shaft, hang up the work block, to gently release the clutch pedal, while operating the hydraulic mechanism position adjustment handle, so that the rotavator gradually into the soil, to normal cultivation depth. It is forbidden to put the rotavator into the soil till the ploughing or ramming into the soil before starting, because this will cause the rotary cultivator to be damaged and the tractor clutch to be severely worn. When servicing and maintaining the rotary cultivator, power must be cut off to prevent damage to the transmission components.
