Sixth, the precautions for the installation of pure water machine:

Seven, pure water machine installed

(1) Choose a reasonable installation location, as close as possible to the water source, power supply, and drain outlet, and install it in the cabinet.

(2) Installation of water inlet tee and ball valve:

(3) Assembly machine

(4) Installation of water ball valve:

Wrap the raw material belt around the upper end of the water tank, and then tighten the water tank valve. If it is upright, do not damage the screw, and do not use too much force to prevent the ball valve from cracking. (5) Installation of gooseneck faucet:

1. If installed on the water tank, use a power drill to open the hole at a constant speed, the hole diameter is 11-16 mm, and install the gooseneck faucet directly.

2. If it is installed on the wall, fix the hanging piece, (the pipe left is left, the distance is more than 10 cm). Install the faucet and fix the decoration piece firmly. (6), pipeline connection:

The accessories include 4 to 5 meters long tubes, which are used for 4 places, respectively, tap water inlet, pressure barrel take-over, gooseneck faucet take-over, and waste water discharge pipe. The installer must make a reasonable layout for easy maintenance.

1 Plastic parts: the pipe mouth is flattened, the nut is put on, the pipe plug is put up (the strength of the pipe is strengthened), and the nut is 2-3 mm long.

2 Inlet water ball valve and inlet pipe installation, cut the pipe mouth flat, put metal nut, then insert the plastic pipe into the water outlet end of the water ball valve, tighten the nut, do not use too much force, so as not to break the pipe card

3 Linked goose faucet: The pipe mouth is flattened, the metal nut is set, the mud dragon sleeve is set, the nut is grown at the pipe mouth, the nut is 2-3 mm, the pipe plug is inserted, and the pipe is tightened, and the force is larger than the inlet ball valve.

4 The waste water connection pipe is connected to the sewage pipe and sealed.

1. Open the inlet ball valve and find the gooseneck faucet. After the standby device is normally water-making, (the water flow is stable, no air bubbles), close the ball valve on the water storage tank, close the gooseneck faucet, and later, the pure water machine stops, which proves that the shutdown function of the high-voltage switch is intact; Gradually stop, prove that the water inlet solenoid valve is intact, effective: the high pressure pump should not be operated frequently, which proves that the check valve is closed tightly.

3, open the goose faucet, the water pressure is gradually reduced, after a few seconds, the pure machine normal water production, prove that the high-voltage switch boot function is intact and effective. In the normal water production process, the flow rate of pure wastewater is uniform, which proves that the water inlet solenoid valve is good. 4. Repeat the above work 2-3 times.

5, close the water ball valve, the pure water machine stops, open the water ball valve, after dozens of seconds, the pure water machine is turned on, which proves that the low-pressure switch of the pure water machine is functioning properly and effectively, repeating 2-3 times.

6. After everything is normal, fill the pressure water storage tank with pure water, open the goose faucet, and rinse the pure water with activated carbon until the water is clean. Turn off the goose faucet to let the machine water normally.

Nine, pure water machine fault diagnosis and elimination

(1) No water

1. Water and electricity are normal.

2, high pressure pump transfer, with or without waste water, if there is waste water, water inlet system, drainage system, no problem, check valve stuck, no pure water out of the faucet, whether the film is scrapped in advance, or has been used, water is not Smooth or not water; there is no blockage in other places.

3. If there is no waste water, check the water inlet solenoid valve, whether it can not be opened, the water can not pass, and check whether the filter element has been blocked, to the replacement period.

4, the pump does not turn, there is no water, always 3, 4, 5 lights, check the high voltage switch, (short circuit method).

5. The pump has no pressure (the pump is also running).

6. The circuit does not check the circuit normally.

(2) The water storage tank is full but not stopped

Check the high pressure switch, if the pressure is too high, if it is too high, adjust to 2.8-3Kg/cm, (the water pressure gauge is selected, the range of 1/3-2/3 is the most accurate, and the measurement is multiplied by 2,0.6Ma.) The pressure is not too large, the pressure is too high, and the inlet pressure is also increased accordingly, so that the wastewater will increase. The indirect reaction increases and the wastewater increases. The pressure of the indirect reaction high pressure pump is less than 3Km/cm2a, the pressure of the high pressure pump is not enough, and the pressure of the high pressure pump is too low, and the normal pressure should be 6-8Kg/cm2.

(3), no water does not boot

(4) Waste water does not stop after shutdown

The water inlet solenoid valve is not closed tightly, or it is reversed. The backstop valve does not stop returning water. In both cases, the waste water is different. The former tap water and the latter one is pure water. The water quality is different: the amount of water is different. The former type is relatively rushed, and the latter type of flow is small. Because the backstop valve causes non-stop waste water, the ball valve of the water storage tank can be closed, and the waste water flow stops, which can be judged.

(5), the machine starts frequently

The check valve returns to the water and the high pressure switch pressure is too high.

(6) Judging its fault according to the action of each component.

1. High voltage switch:

2. Check valve:

Fault 2: The high pressure pump runs without pure water;

Fault three, the check valve spool is stuck but pure water, the pure water machine is running normally, the indicator light is normal, but no water is produced.

3. Inlet water solenoid valve:

Failure 1. The wastewater is not closed, the water quality is poor, and the flow is large.

Fault 2, the water inlet solenoid valve can not be opened, does not enter the water, resulting in no pure water, the characteristic is that the computer board shows normal, the pump is running normally, and the wastewater is not.

4, low voltage switch:

One of the faults, no water stop after stopping the water, the computer board is 1, 3, 5 lights on, the open circuit method.

The second problem is that after water, the water pressure is normal, no power on, short circuit method.

5. Flush the solenoid valve:

One of the faults, no flushing, the solenoid valve can not be opened.

The second problem is that the shutdown is not strict and the wastewater is flowing. When the wastewater flow rate is large, the pressure will be reduced a lot, and in severe cases, no water will be produced.

6, high pressure pump:

The pressure is not enough to produce water properly. Without stopping the machine, the shutdown pressure of the high-voltage switch is not reached, and the water quality is not normal.

7, pressure bucket:

One of the failures is that there is no water or less water. First, the water is leaking, the gas is out of the mouth, and it cannot be repaired.

The second fault, the yellow water, the PE liner rupture, causing the water to directly contact the steel drum, rust, surface and taste.

8, RO film:

The removal rate is low, 90% lower, and abnormal. As time goes by, the increase in water consumption, removal rate, and water production gradually decrease.

9, pure water machine filter:

One of the faults, blockage, the first level of blockage, the computer board only lights the fifth light, (green moss, bacteria, sediment blocked). The water is stopped, the second and third levels are blocked, the 1, 3, and 5 lights are all on, and there is no waste water to make water. The same as the water inlet solenoid valve is not opened, the segmentation method is excluded.

10. The computer board indicates the working status and redistributes the circuit. Four lights or more than four lights are on for a long time (more than 2 minutes), there is a problem with the computer board: 3, 4, 5 lights are on, but the water is not full, the problem of the high voltage switch is eliminated, and the computer board is faulty. 1, 3, 4, 5 lights, the computer board itself is faulty.
