It has simple structure, stable operation and low power loss. It is widely used in the cement industry. However, in view of the current use of some units, it is more common to maintain improperly and work in an unstable state. After a period of time, the material transport capacity decreased significantly. 1. Setting of air gap between electromagnet core and armature

The size of the air gap between the iron core and the armature in the electromagnetic vibrating feeder directly affects the normal operation of the feeder. If the adjustment is improper, the light will increase the current, the amplitude will decrease, and it will not operate normally. In severe cases, the core will collide. This causes damage to the core and the coil. Therefore, regular inspection and adjustment of the air gap is an important condition for ensuring operation.

2. Adjustment of double-mass point connection spring plate group

There are two major factors in the amplitude of the trough: one is the magnitude of the electromagnetic excitation force of the feeder, and the second is the natural frequency of the feeder itself. According to the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, the amplitude of the trough is maximum only when the natural frequency of the feeder and the excitation frequency of the electromagnet resonate.

The adjustment method of the double-mass spring plate group: after the adjustment work of the whole machine to the end of the air gap adjustment, the adjustment of the stiffness of the spring plate group can be started. Loosen the inspection screw, turn on the control power supply, and observe the indication value of the amplitude indicator plate provided on the electromagnetic vibrating feeder while gradually increasing the working current. When the current reaches the maximum value and the amplitude does not reach the maximum value, the top screw of the spring plate set can be slightly loosened. If the amplitude increases and the operating current decreases, the spring stiffness is too large, and the reed should be reduced. The number of blocks to reduce stiffness. Instead, the number of leaf springs should be increased to increase the overall stiffness. In short, as long as the adjustment is repeated carefully, the optimal tuning value can be achieved. The amplitude indicator is used to measure the vibration amplitude of the vibration point. The value of the two line boundary points is the amplitude value.
