Causes and Treatment of Conical Crushing Flying Cone

The cone crusher generally consists of fixed cones, moving cones, spherical tiles, eccentric bushings, straight bushings, tapered copper bushings, and large and small bevel gears. During operation, the bevel gear drives the large bevel gear and the eccentric bushing to rotate. Under the eccentric bushing, the moving cone shaft rotates around the centerline of the fixed cone with the angle of the angle as the range, and rotates around its own axis. Keep the moving cone liner and the fixed cone liner close and sometimes away. The ore is continuously squeezed, broken and impacted in the crushing chamber to achieve the purpose of crushing. Our factory conducts test machine production on the cone crusher, and the abnormal speed of the moving cone is abnormal (referred to as “speeding”). Our company has discussed and analyzed the causes of the fault and proposed practical maintenance technology.
1. Force analysis of moving cone
The moving cone is also a fast moving speed of the moving cone. It is one of the common faults. 3, moving cone speed maintenance process technology
From the above failure analysis, we believe that the following process technical requirements and quality standards must be observed when dealing with flying faults:
(1) The lead gap method and the contact area were measured by the lead method using soft lead.
(2) Check the lubrication of each mating surface and whether the lubricating oil supply system is short of oil or the oil is not clean. Treatment: Unblock the oil circuit to filter or replace the clean lubricating oil.
(3) Oil-water mixing occurs during the test run, indicating that the spherical tile does not fit well and needs to be scraped again.
(4) During the installation process, special attention should be paid to the eccentric bushings, dustproof surfaces of spherical tiles, tapered bushings, straight bushings, etc., which must be covered when the construction is suspended.
(5) Commissioning, the general flight test time is 8 hours. The oil return temperature is ≤50 °C. Manually drive before the empty test. After the air test is passed, the test is carried out for 12 hours according to the specified load, and the rotation speed is 转15 rpm.
There are many reasons for the abnormal speed of the moving cone, but the main reason is that the restraining reaction force on the moving cone has changed significantly, and the key factor causing this change is the increase of the frictional force with the moving cone. Practice has proved that as long as we grasp the key to the contact and lubrication of each sports mating surface in the maintenance work, the timely elimination of the fault of the moving cone will no longer be difficult.
