Because of the long-term use, the bearing wears seriously, and even the loose frame, the worm wheel and the worm are stuck, and the steering wheel cannot rotate normally. Solution: Disassemble the steering gear assembly, replace the upper and lower single-row radial ball bearings, and clean the steering gear parts and re-inject the calcium-based grease. When replacing the bearing, carefully check the bearing for defects such as fine cracks. During the use of the tractor, the axial clearance of the bearing should be regularly checked and adjusted to prevent the bearing from being excessively worn due to excessive clearance.
