The tractor can not ignore the safety after loading the brake

In order to improve the safety of tractor transport operations, most tractors are fitted with air brakes. The author reminded the agricultural operator that the tractor still had to pay attention to safety issues after installing the air brake device.

First, keep the inside and outside of the gas tank clean. To maintain the outside of the air reservoir clean, paint immediately after the paint is removed to extend its life. Keep the interior of the air reservoir clean to avoid residual oil and water. For every three days of operation of the tractor, the exhaust valve at the bottom of the air reservoir needs to be unscrewed to eliminate the accumulated oil and accumulated water in the air reservoir. Otherwise, the oil and water in the air reservoir will cause braking failure or failure to be braked. . Because the oil and water in the air cylinder will enter the brake valve and brake air chamber along with the brake pipe, which will affect the flow of compressed air, naturally causing the brake to fail or fail to brake.

Second, maintain the appropriate pressure. If the brake pressure is too low, there will be brake failure, extending the braking distance, causing traffic safety accidents; if the brake pressure is too high, due to excessive braking, will not only increase wear and tear, but also due to the air reservoir load If it is too large, the air pump and the air reservoir are damaged. Therefore, the proper air pressure must be maintained. General requirements: At the beginning, the pressure is above 4.5 kg/cm2; during normal driving, the pressure does not exceed 7 kg/cm2. If the pressure exceeds 7 kg/cm2, the sound of the safety valve bleed air on the air reservoir should be heard.

Third, should be adjusted to drag the brake slightly ahead of the main vehicle. The tractor's trailer and cargo are heavy and inertial. If the trailer and the tractor's main vehicle are braked at the same time, even if the tractor's main vehicle is braked ahead of the trailer, the tractor's main vehicle will be driven by the powerful inertia of the trailer and the cargo, causing the tractor's main vehicle to lose its control and run. Therefore, it should be adjusted until the trailer brakes slightly ahead of the main vehicle.

4. By adjusting the four wheels of the tractor's main vehicle at the same time, the four wheels of the trailer are braked at the same time. When the tractor is braking at high speed or during emergency braking, if the right, left, front and rear wheels of the main vehicle or trailer do not brake at the same time, the tractor will suddenly deviate, and when it is serious, it will suddenly turn to one side and become extremely easy to brewing. Become a tractor rollover. Therefore, when the brakes of the right, left, front and rear wheels of the tractor are different, the four wheels of the tractor's host vehicle should be adjusted to brake at the same time, and the four wheels of the trailer should be braked at the same time.

Fifth, the brakes should be flexible and effective. In order to ensure that the tractor braking is flexible and effective, the operator should do the following three points: 1. Check whether the brake pipe connection is reliable before leaving the vehicle. 2. Test the brake several times in succession, whether the brake is flexible and effective. 3. When the long slope is down, ensure that the air pressure is sufficient. If the air pressure is insufficient, stop and inflate before the downhill slope until the air pressure is sufficient.

Sixth, the braking method should be correct. Under normal circumstances, braking, first reduce the speed of the vehicle to reduce the speed, and then separate the "clutch", step on the brake pedal, after a smooth stop, put the gear lever to neutral. In the event of an emergency stop, at the same time, at the same time as the closing of the accelerator, the brakes should be quickly braked, and then the brakes and clutch pedals should be depressed at the same time. After a safe stop, put the shift lever in the neutral position.

The virus is composed of a nucleic acid molecule (DNA or RNA) with a protein consisting of non-cell morphology of the campal life of the living body. The general symptoms of viral infection are fever, headache, cough and other symptoms of systemic poisoning and viral host and invasion of tissues and organs leading to inflammatory symptoms caused by local symptoms (diarrhea, rash, liver function damage, etc.). Different symptoms of the different virus, some viruses can also damage the myocardium, causing viral myocarditis. There are two types of viral infections, mostly recessive infections (subclinical infections), and a few are dominant infections. Dominant infection can be divided into acute infection and persistent infection. There are many ways of antiviral infection, such as direct inhibition or killing of viruses, interference with virus adsorption, prevent viruses from penetrating cells, inhibit viral biosynthesis, inhibit viral release or enhance host antivirus capabilities. At present, there are several major types of antiviral drugs: Anti-Respiratory virus infection drugs, anti-immune virus drugs, anti-hepatitis virus drugs, anti-herpes virus drugs.
