This article combines some practical work experience to briefly explain the problems that should be paid attention to when repairing agricultural tractors.

First, avoid tightening screws and bolts. Screws or bolts in key parts such as the tractor transmission case, cylinder head, hub, connecting rods, and front axle shall be specified in the manual in the use of tools and tightening torques. For example, screws and bolts may be broken or twisted or screwed. Failed to catch the buckle. Ordinary screws or bolts, the tightening torque can be tightened by 4 times the tightening torque of the thread diameter.

Second, avoid replacement of oil does not clean the oil. Many agricultural operators lack maintenance knowledge or are lazy. They do not clean the oil passage when they replace the lubricant, and they plant their own safety hazards. It should be noted that after the lubricating oil is used, there are many residual mechanical impurities in the oil. Even if the lubricating oil is drained off, impurities still remain in the oil pan and the oil passage. In particular, new or overhauled locomotives have more impurities after commissioning. If they are not clean, they are eager to put them into use. It is very easy to cause accidents such as burning tiles and holding shafts.

Third, avoid the use of lubricants not according to the season. Many agricultural operators do not pay attention to selecting lubricants according to the season, use summer lubricants in winter, and use winter lubricants in summer. Regardless of quality, they will buy them at a low price. As a result, locomotive start-up difficulties and burning of bearings and other undesirable phenomena will occur. It is hoped that the agricultural operator will use lubricating oils that have passed quality inspection and applicable temperature markings.

Fourth, avoid installing the piston with an open flame heating. The uneven thickness of the various parts of the piston, the thermal expansion and contraction are different, easily lead to deformation. If the piston is heated to a certain high temperature with an open flame, the metal structure will be damaged and the wear resistance will be reduced after the natural cooling, and its service life will be greatly shortened.

Fifth, avoid installing the cylinder pad butter. Many agricultural machine operators are accustomed to applying butter when installing cylinder head gaskets, thinking that this can increase the airtightness of cylinders, but I do not know how to do so is exactly the opposite. Due to the partial loss of butter after high temperature, there is a gap between the cylinder pad, cylinder head and the plane of the machine body. High-temperature and high-pressure gas can easily impact from this place, destroying the cylinder pad and causing air leakage. In addition, the butter will produce carbon deposits at high temperatures for a long time, resulting in premature aging of the cylinder mats.

Six, bogey on the new car is not a serious inspection and maintenance. Some young agricultural operators mistakenly believe that with the development of science and technology, the current safety performance of locomotives is very reliable, so after the new car has been bought, it will not be seriously checked and maintained except for the trial run. As a result, the problem is frequent and it is too late. The inspection and maintenance methods are: (1) Check whether there is organic oil in the oil pan of the tertiary air filter; (2) Check the tightening of the bolts of each department; (3) Check and adjust the injection pressure; (4) Change the oil in the oil pan.
