"Study" and "Development of bio-pesticide pesticides (M18)" obtained Pseudomonas fluorescens strain M18 with China's independent intellectual property rights. It has been developed in China to be a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, safe and effective control fungus. The biopesticides of sexual root rot and stem rot were designated as "Shenoxacin," and two invention patents for rosinazine were filed. M18 is an antibiotic isolated from the rhizosphere soil of many strains of autogenic bacteria, which can inhibit a wide variety of crop pathogenic fungi. It has advantages over chemical agents such as efficient disease prevention, promotion of high yield and quality of crops, protection of ecological environment, etc. Researchers conducted in-depth research on M18, developed high-yield genetically engineered strains, and stabilized the units of rosinomycin at a level of about 1,000 mg/l, with a pilot fermentation level of more than 800 mg/l. The research group has conducted trials in various places. The average prevention and treatment effect of rosinomycin on blight, wilt and root rot has reached 80%. With the support of the project, the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Life Sciences and Shanghai Agri-products Joint-stock companies have completed the research and development of 0.1% and 1% dexamethasone suspensions and established a pilot production line. It has accumulatively promoted the use of 50 tons of preparations and achieved sales revenue of 5 million yuan. ?? Now, cucumber and watermelon blight, melon blight, pepper root rot and other fruits and vegetables can hardly cure the chronic disease can be cured. At present, the annual incidence of fungal root rot and stem rot in fruits and vegetables exceeds 25 million mu and the economic loss amounts to several billion yuan.
