Pick a small four wheel

The belt-driven small tractors are usually called small four-wheel tractors and have 15 horsepower (11.03KW), 18 horsepower (13.2KW), 20 horsepower and 12 horsepower. There are two types of diesel engines installed on small four-wheel tractors. One is an evaporative water-cooled diesel engine, and the other is a circulating water-cooled diesel engine. The structure of the two types of diesel engines is not the same and the parts cannot be interchanged. When purchasing a tractor, the types of diesel engines commonly used in your area should be selected to facilitate maintenance and repair. The following points should be mastered when selecting:
Select brand-name products: brand-name products of reliable quality, advanced performance, product coverage, and good after-sales service.
Check the appearance: 1 The paint of the shell should be bright, and it should be even, and it must not be peeled off or peeled off, and the handle should be smooth and flat. 2 The surface of the casting is smooth, there is no crack, and the surface of the plating part should be bright and rust-free. 3 The tire surface is smooth, regular pattern, no blisters, cracks.
Checking safety guards and safety warning signs 1 The starting end of the engine cannot be higher than the plane of the engine housing. 2 There should be a protective cover on the belt pulley, belt and exhaust pipe. 3 Stairs and pedals on the car should have anti-slip flanges or ribs. 4 PTO shaft head must have a shroud. 5 In the operating device with insignificant operating direction, there should be a symbol indicating the direction.
Check the operating mechanism: 1 throttle and tie rod connection is reliable, test step without a card touch. 2 Push and pull the main and auxiliary gear levers according to the operating rules to confirm their reliability. 3 The steering wheel should be less than 30 degrees when the front wheel is not moving.
Commissioning: 1 Check engine oil level, add fuel and cooling water. 2 When the outdoor temperature is 5 degrees Celsius or more, three consecutive starts, of which there should be two successful start within 30 seconds. 3 Run for 10 minutes under moderate throttle. The sound of smoke and engine should be continuous and steady. After 410 minutes, reduce the throttle as much as possible, operate at a low speed (idle speed), and the sound of the engine should be steady. 5 gradually increase the throttle, the engine sound should also be stable, the maximum throttle, not black smoke.
Stopping for leaks and oil leaks: Observe that the joint surface of rotating parts should be free from drips and flow marks. Hand and static joint surface should be no moist.
Check and verify random attachments, certificates and documents; product certifications, agricultural machinery promotion licenses, "three guarantees" certificates, service cards, instruction manuals and maintenance manuals, startup crank handles and accessories.
