Points to note: 1 Check the tightness of the tie rod, steering arm, steering base, etc., and the locking of the split pin.
2 Check the pre-tightening condition of the steering shaft (the method is to push and pull the steering wheel in the axial direction of the steering shaft, and there should be no obvious sense of clearance or shaking).
3 Check that the steering wheel's play clearance is within the range of 15 to 30. Too big or too small should be adjusted in time.
4 Fill the ball with butter immediately.
5 When there are damage cracks in the steering mechanism parts, welding repairs are not allowed and new parts should be replaced.
6 When parking direction, it is necessary to stop when there is a direction of card issue.
7 When the direction of vibration, direction deviation, etc. is found during driving, it is necessary to repair it in time and it is not allowed to continue driving for a long time.
8 When there is a phenomenon of sinking in the direction, it is necessary to find out the reason and eliminate it in time.
2. Braking system:
It is used to help the tractor to reduce the speed until it is parked. It is also an important system that affects the road safety of tractors and must be checked carefully.
Points to note: 1 Check the brake pipe for wear and tightness of the pipe connection. Pay particular attention to whether the brake pipe is in collision with the bridge, frame, etc. (The connection of the main and side tie bars should be taken into account in the small direction).
2 Check the amount of brake fluid. If it is not enough, it should be filled with the same kind of brake fluid.
3 Check the free travel of the brake pedal and maintain a free travel of 10-15mm on the brake pedal. If it is too large or too small, it must be adjusted in time.
4 When it is found that the brake pedal is sinking, it means that there is oil leakage in the pipeline, sub-pump, etc., or the brake fluid in the master cylinder piston leaks back. It should be checked and eliminated in a timely manner.
5 When the brake is weak, the drum clearance may be too large, the brake pads may be hardened, and the brake drum may not be parked.
6 When the brake pedal has a sense of elasticity, it means there is air in the brake system.
7 The phenomenon of brake runaway and brake dragging should also be eliminated.
8 After the tractor runs, apply the hand to touch the four wheel hubs. The temperature should be basically the same. If there are individual wheels that are particularly hot, the wheel brakes the drum; if there are individual wheels that are particularly cold, it means that the wheel is weak.
3, driving system
The driving system is a skeleton system of a transport tractor. It is composed of frames, axles, wheels and suspensions. It should be carefully examined.
1 Check the fastening of the frame, axle, etc.
2 Check the tire pressure and tire wear, when the tire has a phenomenon of eccentric wear, the cause should be found and promptly disposed of. (Reminder point: Regardless of the load of the tractor or the quality of the road surface, the tire pressure should be in the standard tire pressure, not too high or too low)
3 Check the preload of the four wheel hub bearings. The method is to grab the upper edge of the wheel by hand and pull it hard. The wheel bearing should have no sense of clearance.
4 When flipping the front wheel, pay attention to the clearance of the kingpin. The lubrication of the kingpin must not be forgotten.
5 Check whether the steel plate is broken, and add grease to the steel plate pin in time.
6 Standing in front of the parked tractor, wipe the body to see if it is correct, and check the front and front wheels of the two front wheels.
4, transmission system:
The power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the drive wheels in a certain way.
1 clutch:
a. Check the free travel of the clutch, generally 25-35mm, and adjust it if it does not apply.
b. During use, attention should be paid to whether the clutch is slipping, whether the separation is complete, and whether the operation is smooth or not.
2 gearbox:
a. Check for oil leaks.
b. During use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the file is ok or not, whether there is a detachment, and if there is a fault, repair it in time.
c. Check the gearbox temperature rise after driving. Usually, the gear box can be lightly held by hand, and the temperature is normal. If it cannot be lightly pressed, the temperature is too high. The gear oil may be lacking and the gear oil may be deteriorated. Therefore, the gear oil should be added or replaced in time.
d. During driving, attention should be paid to whether there is abnormal noise in the speed box; usually due to excessive wear of gears or excessive wear of the gear shaft bearings and deformation of the gear shaft, they must be promptly eliminated. In addition, when the gear oil is low, it will also cause the sound of the gearbox.
3 drive shaft:
a. The flange bolts at both ends of the drive shaft should be inspected. If loose, tighten them in time.

4 rear axle:
a. Check the rear axle for oil leaks.
b. After use, the temperature rise of the rear axle bag should be checked by hand holding the rear axle bag gently. If the temperature is too high, the quantity and quality of the bridge oil should be checked and added or replaced in time.
c. During driving, attention should be paid to whether or not the rear axle has abnormal noise. Usually, when the main reduction bevel gear is worn out, the preload of the cone bearing is too small and abnormal sound may occur. However, when the throttle is changed, it is obvious.
d. Usually pay attention to the total rear-gear clearance o method is: pad the two rear wheels, set the idle hand brake, rotate the shaft by hand to visually or feel the gap size).
