Third, create a comfortable environment
The weaned pigsty must have sufficient sunlight and a suitable temperature (around 22°C), clean and dry. Before the piglet enters the pigsty, it should be thoroughly cleaned, fully disinfected with 2% caustic soda, and then mixed with soil and hay (the soil has hygroscopicity, grass warmth), to create a comfortable little for the weaned piglets. The environment is conducive to their growth and development.
Fourth, there is enough area and feed slot
The area of ​​weaned piglets is preferably 0.5 to 0.8 square meters per head, and each group is generally suitable for about 10 heads. Sufficient food troughs and sinks should be provided so that each piglet can eat enough to drink and there is no competition for food.
Fifth, careful training
The main content of training for weaned pigs is: training piglet defecation, feeding, sleeping three positioning. Focus on the training of defecation and urine at regular intervals. Breeders should regularly bang the pigs every day, that is, using a combination of whip and whistling at the same time. After the conditioned reflexes of the pigs, only the whistling pigs will automatically defecate urine. Generally, one week of training can form a position.
